Webmin
I just installed Webmin for the first time in I don’t know how many years, and am extremely wowed by its current interface, especially considering the ugly duckling I had to put up with the last time I tried it (though in fairness, that was back when building Gentoo from a Stage 1 tarball was the only way to reliably install it).
But, to make things even better, it has a companion server called Usermin which will actually solve a particular technical difficulty I was having at L.C.C. (I was banging my head against a wall trying to get a web-based password change script I wrote to work).
A++ Would install again.
