An Idea
Ever wanted to be able to form a group with other users of a website, but the website didn’t support creation of such groups? Perhaps you wanted to start some sort of friendly compeition? Maybe even extend the group throughout multiple websites, into some sort of clan-type thing? You may even want some features like event planning, or mailing lists?
Above all, you don’t want to keep track of yet another website login, probably, and you would like to be able to switch to another service if you didn’t like how this one was laid out?
Well, I’m currently developing such a solution. I’m calling it Groupr, and the official dev site is currently http://groupr.silassnider.com — feel free to create issues and start discussions about features you would like to see. The source (such as it currently is) will live at github. You should see a link at the bottom of this page when I put it up.
