I just found out that some English Professor has started taking daily comments and translating them into Middle English. This interests me for several reasons, chief of which is that I’ve always been interested in a field called ‘Historical Morphophonetics’, which is the study of the way sound changes in a language over time. You can really see it in the comics he’s translated because you have the English version as well.
